Kisan Vikas Patra is a small saving certificate scheme launched by India post in the year 1988. This scheme aims to encourage long-term financial discipline in people. As of now, the tenure of the scheme is 10 years & 4 months. Under this scheme, if you invest some amount today, you will get double the amount at the end of 10 years 4 months.
